The desktop B004-DPUA2-K 2-Port DisplayPort KVM Switch lets you access, control, boot and reboot two DisplayPort-enabled computers using one DisplayPort monitor, USB keyboard and USB mouse. With the B004-DPUA2-K, you can switch between two DisplayPort computers using keyboard hotkeys or front-panel buttons. The switch’s built-in DDC emulator sends the console monitor’s Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) to the other connected computer for top-quality video without delay. Digital video resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 are supported, including 1080p. The Auto-Scan feature cycles between computers at regular intervals for observation of activity at a glance.

Built-in 3.5 mm mini-stereo speaker and microphone jacks allow you to share audio equipment between the two computers. You can listen to audio files on one computer while accessing the other. The B004-DPUA2-K supports 2-channel stereo audio.

With its 2-port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed hub, the B004-DPUA2-K lets you share peripherals such as printers, scanners, webcams or flash drives and print documents from one computer while accessing the other. The SuperSpeed hub supports data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices.
