Does it work with my existing video conferencing platforms, like Teams and Zoom?
Meeting 360 is compatible with most video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet. No additional configuration is required in most circumstances.
Why is a power adapter included? Do I need to plug it into AC power every time?
Meeting 360 can be connected and powered using one cord to a laptop.¹ Using the optional AC power adapter allows higher video frame rate and louder speaker volume.² Additionally, firmware updates require the unit to be connected to AC power.
How does it connect to my computer? Do I need to download a driver?
Meeting 360 can connect with a single USB-C cord for both power and data. It's fully plug-and-play on supported operating systems, so no drivers or other downloads are needed to use it.¹
How close do I need to be to the camera/microphone?
Meeting 360 can detect faces up to about 12 feet away for Active Speaker Focus and can hear audio up to 20 feet away. Active Speaker Focus works best with groups of 8 or fewer in-person participants.
How do I change the screen layout?
Use the touch button on top of Meeting 360 to cycle through available video output modes, including split-screen, 1-speaker focus, 3-speaker focus, and more. Use the free Mac and Windows apps (optional) to access advanced layouts and settings.
