About the iPhone connection, Support iphone 15/Pro/Pro Max or newest with Type C Port
What is each cable used for?
1, USB C to USB C Thin cable, only for power supply.
2, USB C to USB C Thick cable, for power supply & video output.
3, MINI HDMI to HDMI cable, only for video output.
Note: For HDMI connection, pls use USB C cable to power up the monitor.
Why it will show "No Signal" when connect with HDMI Cable?
Connect with Mini HDMI Port must have an extra power supply to monitor. Our monitor doesn't built-in battery, USB C Port can support power supply and video output, so it can plug and play. HDMI just supports video output.
Wake it up- try to set Mode.
