Mount the Pi 4 on the back of this small monitor by using the screws coming with the package.
Connect the micro USB to USB A adapter to the Pi and monitor.
Connect the micro HD to HD adapter to the Pi and monitor.
Install the plastic stand on the monitor by using the included black screws (2 pcs).
Then connect the speakers to the monitor.
