Can this camera work with a PTZ controller
Yes. It supports RS232/485 and network control with VISCA, PELCO and Onvif. For network control, connect all devices to the same LAN and set correct IP addresses for normal use
How to access the camera web settings?
Connect the camera and PC to the same LAN. Enter the camera IP in your browser and log in with default admin account. You can adjust network, stream parameters and other device settings.
How to use AI auto tracking and any precautions?
Turn on AI tracking via the remote control menu to auto follow speakers. Once enabled, remote and PTZ controller will be disabled. Please turn off AI function first if you need manual camera control.
How to live stream with NDI via OBS or vMix?
Connect the camera and PC to the same LAN. Install the NDI plugin for OBS, while vMix supports NDI source directly. After connection, you can capture NDI video and start live streaming easily.
